Joining a game
How do I join a live quiz?
Open quizera.tr, enter the 6-digit PIN shared by the host, pick a nickname and you are in. On a phone you can also scan the QR code. You do not need an account.
Where do I get the game PIN?
The PIN is shown on the host’s screen when they open the live game lobby. Ask the person running the game.
What if the PIN does not work?
Check that you typed the PIN correctly and that the game is still open. Check your connection and try again; if it keeps failing, tell the host.
What do I need to host a game?
Hosting is done from the Android app. Players only need a browser.
Creating quizzes
How do I create a quiz?
Sign in to the app and open the create section. Write your own questions, start from a template, or get help from AI.
What can I do with AI quizzes and what are the benefits?
Type a topic and get a quiz draft; web page, PDF/Word and camera-scan sources are included in Plus and Pro. The benefit: instead of writing every question from scratch you start with ready questions, options and correct answers, and you can build a quiz from your own notes or documents. Edit the whole draft, then use it as a live game, a test or flashcards. AI can make mistakes, so check the questions and answers before you share.
Why are web page, document and scan locked?
These AI sources are included in Plus and Pro. On the Normal plan you can still create AI quizzes from a topic. Compare memberships.
Why are poll, scale and slide questions locked?
These question types are included in Plus and Pro. Multiple choice and true/false are available on every plan.
How many questions can a quiz have?
10 on Normal, 30 on Plus and 50 on Pro.
Can I study on my own?
Yes. Use Test and Flashcards to study at your own pace.
Membership and billing
What is the difference between Normal, Plus and Pro?

Can I get Plus for free?
Yes, in a limited way. If you invite a friend you both get 3 days of Plus, and you can also spend XP in the XP shop on Plus days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Google Play subscription settings. Your benefits continue until the end of the period you paid for.
My purchase does not show up.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account and try “Restore purchases” on the Plus screen. If it persists, write to us.
Account and privacy
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Read the information on screen before you confirm.
