Quizera – Delete Your Account

You can delete your Quizera account and its associated data from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Quizera app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Tap "Delete Account".
4. Optionally share your reason, then confirm the deletion.

What is deleted and what is kept

• When the deletion completes, your authentication account is deleted and your profile is marked as deleted.
• After a 90-day retention period, periodic cleanup clears specified identity/contact fields of the profile and the files you uploaded.
• Quizzes and game/activity records are not collectively deleted by this process. You can request their deletion by email.
• Your username is kept with the account ID in a separate record to prevent reuse.
• Legally required retention and applicable exceptions remain subject to law.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, or want your content erased, write to info@quizera.tr from the email address registered to your account. We reply within 30 days.
